3- . شروع به يادگرفتن کن. کامپيوتر، هنر، باغباني... هرچيزي که دوست داري، هرکاري که اجازه نده مغزت بيکار بمونه. "مغز بيکار کارگاه شيطانه"، و نام شيطان اينه: آلزايمر!
