The Galapagos

Sophie and David   are making a movie for a famous American movie festival it is about   the Galapagos Island. The Galapagos Islands are volcanoes   . They are in the Pacific Ocean. Some islands are very big   and some islands are very small and have no name. Many of them stay in the Town of Puerto Agora on the island of Santa Cruz there is a small town on sun Cristobal and a very small town Villain   on the island of Isabella. Isabella is a big island. There is sometimes a problem because animals and birds live near the volcanoes. There is not much food and not much water. Only very strong animals can survive.

Giant   tortoises

The giant  tortoises  with very little  water  and food   but    they  cannot swim .Lonesome George lives in  the  Charles  Darwin  research station . He is the last giant tortoises from Pint Island. He is very old.

Sharks

The sharks are amazing. They are not friendly but they are interesting. They are very big but they are not dangerous.

Volcanoes

It was quiet on the island .there were noises from the volcano but there were no birds or animals. There were no plants and no trees but there was a giant tortoise.

Birds

Some boobies have red beaks. Some have blue feet. Their eyes are yellow and they can see very well. They live near the ocean and catch fish. Frigate birds live near the ocean too but they do not swim .they cannot walk and many of them are very big and heavy. Frigate birds do not like catching fish.

Sea   lions

Sea   lions have very good eyes. They can see the fish in the water. They like catching them. They like eating them. Sea lions are very heavy. They cannot walk very quickly.

Marine iguanas

They swim every day. They eat plants from the ocean. They are green and red and black. They have small dark eyes and angry faces.

Pen gains

Penguins live in very cold countries. They can survive in the Galapagos because the ocean is often cold. They all eat fish.

Crabs

Some are an amazing red color .they are black and brown and have blue eyes .They have ten legs.

Finches

Their beaks were different because their food was different. They eat plants and insects.  They are friendly birds.

Sophie and David

Today we are finishing the movie for the festival .we has pictures of the volcano the sharks and the Wales. The islands are amazing and we do not want to go. We want to stay here. Sophie and David win the first prize in the movie festival. What are you going to do with the money? Ask man. We are going to go back to the Galapagos .we want to help the animals.
